Organize the critical information our team will need to write your script. Think of the key messages you want communicated in your presentation, and list them in bullet-point fashion in a Word Document that you can email to us before your scheduled conference.
Gather all of your digital photo files and (if applicable) digital video footage that you would like us to use as part of your presentation (please see the “Client Provided Materials” section of this website for a listing of the requirements for these materials). During the pre-production conference, your assigned Creative Director will explain the options available to send these materials to us.
During this conference, we’ll also give you a tour of your online screening room. This is where you’ll be able to access and preview every aspect of your project – as we produce it - and provide instant feedback to us through regularly scheduled conference calls to ensure your complete satisfaction with the finished presentation.
Most importantly – RELAX. Our team is extremely experienced in doing all the “heavy lifting” when it comes to developing “killer” creative approaches. We’ll write the script and deliver your message in a highly visual manner that will leave your audience wanting more!

The following list highlights the specifications for the types of materials required for us to produce your presentation... fast and affordably!
We will provide you with a form to fill out, that will serve as our guide for
our pre-production conference call. This information will be used to define the project scope, your audience and your product or organization’s unique
message. Please be as detailed as possible. This will give us the insight to create the most effective presentation for your audience.
Please provide your company and/or product logos in a vector format, such as
an Adobe Illustrator EPS or AI (.eps, .ai), along with corporate color pallets and fonts used for your company or product identity.
Please plan on providing 7-10 photos for every 60 seconds of presentation time
– we’ll discuss this further during our pre-production conference call. Photos should be provided in JPEG, TIFF, or Photoshop format at a minimum size
of 720pixels X 480pixels (native original size). Larger images are preferred. We also include up to 10 stock photos, and if you need more, these can
be provided for a small additional charge.
If you have video assets that you would like to include in your presentation,
accepted formats include Windows AVI (.avi), or QuickTime MOV (.mov). If you have a produced DVD that you would like to use footage from, please send
a copy of the disc, accompanied by a text document that highlights the suggested parts of the video to use.
Video footage on tape - MiniDv, DVCam, DVCPro or Beta Master tape (of an existing presentation) can be accepted if accompanied by related time code information (simple text or Word document) that identifies specific clips desired. Conversion of tape formats to an acceptable digital format may incur some additional charges.
Please provide appropriate text (features and benefits, competitive advantages,
etc.) presentation. Text should be provided in a Microsoft Word document, and can be as simple as bullet points of appropriate phrases or product features.
A template will be provided for you to use. Once we receive your text, our team of experienced, professional writers will magically craft your key points
into a dynamic, flowing narrative track for your review and approval.
To provide the maximum impact to your presentation, music selection is important.
We will provide you with 3 background music choices based on the information provided about your company or product. Be sure to select the choice of
music that best represents the feeling you want your audience have about your company or product.
If you choose to have a voice-over in your presentation you will also be
able to select from our preselected male or female voice talent. If you feel that you want a different sounding voice, additional choices can be provided,
but may require additional charges.
